In partnership with your doctor, we can provide IV fluids to rapidly rehydrate your body to aid in your recovery from illness or prenatal nausea and vomiting.
Rapid Testing
We provide rapid testing for Covid, Strep throat and Flu to help you make decisions about seeking additional care from your primary care provider or to provide documentation for school or employers.
Illness or Injury Consultation
Our team will help you create a plan of care based on your individual illness or injury. When possible, we seek to help you avoid costly ER visits by providing quality nursing care in the comfort of your personal surroundings.
Caregiver Relief
Caring for loved ones is a fulltime job and caregivers need care too. We would love to help you take a break so you can vacation, staycation or just have some time to yourself.
Care Navigation Consultations

About
Jannah Thomas, MSN, RN
Jannah began her healthcare career in 2006 as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit in the Atlanta area. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Georgia Highlands College in 2006, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 and a Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2010 from Mercer University.
Since then, Jannah has served in various clinical and leadership roles within healthcare, including education and patient safety. After years of experiencing the increasing demands on hospitals and staff, she decided to combine her clinical, leadership and education experience to create Nursing Care Concierge and provide clients with an alternative care option to receive care in the comfort of their personal surroundings.
